Joe, my assistant, helped me test run the urban locations at sundown around my new studio for his senior portraits. He specifically wanted late afternoon light – perfect for lighting the face with no shadows, or backlighting with a warm glow. We also took a few formal shots to meet his school yearbook requirements (and to keep his mom happy!)
