In addition to regular portrait and event clients, I’m involved in a number of diverse, ongoing projects:
The Angel Band Project
The Angel Band Project is a musical reaction to the murder of Theresa Butz. Told in song by her large and musical family and Teresa’s partner, a conservatory-trained vocalist.
My role as a photographer has been to document recording sessions in Chicago, New York and Seattle, cover the CD release events, create the cover image for the CD and to capture unified headshots of the main participants.
Design Aglow
The premier resource for photographers, Design Aglow supplies design tools and learning products. I serve as a stylist and photographer for their latest products. It’s a true honor work with their inspiring team.
Salt Creek Ballet
As part of the ideology of giving time and service to non-profits, I provide images for a “behind-the-scenes” blog about this top-quality ballet school. With funding for the arts reduced more and more each year, the blog reaches out to a wide audience of viewers while providing insight to the daily operations of the school and its productions.
Project 365
A personal challenge: create a portrait of someone new every day for a year. Will I do it? Feel free to stop by flickr and leave some comments!
